Google Style Maps in ArcMap 8.3

Screen Capture I have been in love with Google maps since it became available, specifically with the simplistic style used in their maps. As a GIS nerd, I felt it necessary to duplicate their efforts in my everyday work life. Until now, we have been using a map template based on CNN's Iraq maps in our reports. Today I finished up mimicking Google's style in ESRI's ArcMap 8.3 as a style file. It lacks a lot of advanced features like line scaling and label scaling, but its great for anything in the 1:18,000 scale range. You can download the style file and example.mxd here. See the readme file for more information.
